Near has semi long curly white hair. His face is rather cute, somewhate like a child's. He wears all white clothing. and wears no equipment other than one ninja bag on his backside. He tends not to wear any shoes.

Personality: Near's personality is rather complex and not easily explained. Near bases most of his decisions off of rationally composed solutions to probable situations that he creates in his mind. Near has an amazing ability to analyze and create solutions for any number of problems at once. Near does however, lack basic emotion. This isnt to say that he doesnt have emotion, as he does. However, Near lacks emotional motivation. He doesnt have many friends, aside from a select few. Near's IQ is estimated to be over 200. Near is kind, and can recognize those in need. He's certainly not social dabilitated, he can function well in society, although people get frustrated when having conversations with him because he always assumes himself to be correct, and will point out flaws in a person's logic. The only time Near ever gets exceedingly emotional is when he is under extreme pressure, such as in a deathly circumstance and one of his comrades or teammates are in harm's way. Other than that, Near is mostly unimotional, happy and calm.

Multi Colored Eye(Kara-Marouchi Dou): The MCE is a kekkei genkai ability that is a characteristic of the River clan. The Mce gives members of the clan the ability to use several techniques that are of elements they dont have affinities for. They cannot learn techniques of just any element of course, other than the ones that come with the kg. The Kg occurs naturally over there lifetime, and is released by improvement. There are 7 stages, and can be seen in the pupils, which change colors for each stage In the first stage, the pupils are completely white. In the second, there is a black ring, the third a blue ring, 4th a red ring, 5th a brown ring, 6th a green ring, and 7th a yellow ring.The First stage of the KG is White. In this stage, the User has the ability to learn all basic ninja techniques. The user is born at this stage. The next stage is Black, and usually occurs around the time they become gennin. At this stage, the user has the ability to learn 3 different Shadow techniques(Shadow clone Technique, Partial Shadow Paralysis, and Shadow Blending Technique). Stage's 3 and 4 usually occur at the same time, and are Red and Blue. At These Stages, the user has the ability to learn 4 different jutsu (Water Style: Water clone, Water Style: Water Prison, Fire Style: Fireball, and Fire style: Flaming bullet). These stages occur at around the Chuunin level. At around the Jounin level, the 5th, 6th and 7th stages usually come about, with 5 jutsus that the user can learn. (Earth Style: Mud Wall, Chakra Scalpel, Healing Technique, Chakra Seal, and Lightning barrage). When all 7 stages are active, the Pupil becomes like a mood ring, and changes depending on certain factors. The color of the pupil does not affect the jutsu that the user can use. The user can more easily perform the jutsu that he has a natural affinity for, and those that are not of his elements require much more chakra than normal. The other part of the KG is that the members of this clan, though having average chakra banks, have impeccable control.

For instance, if the user is attacked with fireball technique, they can seal most, if not all of the fireball, with minimal damage.
